A italian cult classic comedy film interpreted by the famous Totò, the splendid Silvana Pampanini and the 2 times Oscar winner Vittorio De Sica. Having left the Regina Coeli prison, Alvaro resumed his role as "leader" of the neighborhood and involved three of his friends in a series of disreputable actions. The four crafty ones will soon get into trouble.
