Un tiroteo se desata entre dos bandas rivales y cuando el conflicto se intensifica el grupo GSI es llamado para ayudar. Mientras tanto, una nueva banda está a punto de hacerse notar en el submundo del crimen y le piden a Johan Falk identificarlos, pero la única pista que tiene es un tatuaje.
