Tomas Milian is Nico Geraldi, an undercover cop. His rough and unkempt appearance belies his seriousness regarding crime and criminals. As a ring of thieves plagues Rome, he attempts to find the criminal mastermind behind them. Richard Russo is the crime boss who successfully dodges the police while managing his criminal empire with ruthlessness. Geraldi must deal with him using unofficial means.
