Sergio & Serguéi
Año 1991. La antigua URSS se desintegra y Cuba entra en una gran crisis económica. Sergio, radioaficionado y profesor de Marxismo, no sabe qué hacer para reorientar su vida. Por su parte, Serguéi, el último cosmonauta soviético, se encuentra casi olvidado en la averiada estación orbital Mir. Sergio y Serguéi se comunican, dando inicio a una amistad que les ayudará a enfrentar los cambios que tienen lugar en sus respectivos países.
