Ha Chae-Yoon werkt als onderhandelaar voor de politie in Seoul. Ze weet zich tijdens haar werk altijd kalm te houden. Min Tae-Koo is lid een internationale misdaadorganisatie en smokkelt wapens. Hij gijzelt enkele mensen en het is nu aan Ha Chae-Yoon hen te redden. Ze krijgt daarvoor slechts twaalf uur de tijd.
