Op aarde leggen Haruo en zijn metgezellen contact met het inheemse Houtua-volk. Om hun wapens terug te krijgen, die bij de berg Fuji begraven liggen, moeten ze een verbond smeden en bevelen negeren. Ze gaan op weg naar het oude Mechagodzilla-complex om Godzilla te verslaan.
