Policewoman Erica van der Linde has found the perfect way to ensure that witnesses remain hidden in her witness protection program in Cape Town. Instead of giving them the promised new identity, the clean start, and new life in a new place, she exposes them. It saves her time, effort and money and saves the world from evil, one at a time. And who's going to miss those hidden state witnesses? But then she was instructed to hide Daniel Enslin, and she had never encountered such a witness.
