For his 50th birthday, Antoine (Lambert Wilson) receives a rather unpleasant gift: a heart attack. From now on, he's going to have to start being more careful. But Antoine has spent his whole life being careful - careful of his health, careful of his diet and carefully taking care of his family and friends. Now Antoine wants to shake things up. And he does just that - both in his life and the lives of those around him!
