Der erfolgreiche Klavierspieler Robert Dominici leidet an einer seltenen Krankheit die ihn sehr schnell altern lässt. Als er die Diagnose erhält, wird er wahnsinnig und beginnt zu morden. Ein Kommissar ist ihm dicht auf den Fersen, aber Dominicis Alterungsprozess lässt ihn jedes Mal anders aussehen.
