Satoru Fujinuma es un impopular artista de manga. No le gusta socializar y trabaja como repartidor de pizzas. Él tiene una habilidad especial, "repetición". Su habilidad le permite retroceder en el tiempo antes que ocurran incidentes terribles y vuelve continuamente hasta que se evitan los incidentes.
