Ash und Pikachu sind mit ihren Freunden Iris und Benny per Zug zu ihrem nächsten Reiseziel unterwegs. Ash versucht gerade, dem in Not geratenen Pokémon zu helfen, als der Zug plötzlich von dem Legendären Kyurem angegriffen wird. Kyurem ist ein Pokémon vom Typ Drache mit unglaublicher Macht! Ash und seine Gefährten können dem Angriff des tobsüchtigen Kyurem nur knapp entgehen. Als die Bedrohung vorüber ist, kümmern sie sich wieder um das verletzte Pokémon.
