13. "Game Over"

Cassandra (aka Drill) is transported to a secure site, where she is restrained and interrogated by Wes and Claire. However, she erupts in a blinding light and it becomes apparent that she has triggered the other children. Claire, Sean and Jessup are taken hostage. Evading his captors, Wes rushes to government headquarters where they plan to launch warheads into space in hopes of destroying the invaders. When beams of light shoot down from the sky, they fear it may be too late to stop the intruders from taking their loved ones.

12. "Traveller in the Dark"

Convinced that Minx is inhabited by Drill, secretary Frommer wants to take her into possession. Wes intervenes, arguing that Claire should make the final decision after a thorough investigation. However, Claire soon finds that all the evidence points to Minx being guilty – including an eyewitness account of her murdering Dr. Benavidez– and has no choice but to advise Frommer to take Minx away. Meanwhile, the President schedules an emergency press conference after Sean leaks information to a journalist.

11. "Homesick"

Minx suddenly passes out and is rushed to the hospital. Upon arrival, Wes finds it filled with other ailing children. Maria notices the children all share a common marking in their brain tissue, which she and Wes believe is a “symbiotic link” put there by Drill. Vising the White House, Wes convinces the President to issue a quarantine of all the sick children, in hopes of saving them from Drill. With the kids rounded up, it becomes apparent that Drill has possessed one of the children and it’s up to Claire to discern who it is.

10. "Darkest Fears"

Claire, Wes and Frommer go on the offensive to catch Drill and shut off the power grids around the city to corner him in an abandoned school where they will shut off the power and wait for him to expire. Everything seems to go according to plan until a boy is taken hostage by Drill and forces the others to change their plans once again. Meanwhile, Lana plans to take Minx on a trip to escape Drill, but has second thoughts and returns home. Drill sees this as an opportunity to take revenge and goes after Wes’ loved ones.

9. "Broken Child"

Claire, Wes and Lana are rounded up by Frommer’s men while trying to uncover the mystery of how Thomas killed Drill when he was a boy. Their search leads them to a mental institute where they find a Rabbi who tells them of the myth of the “Dybbuk”- an evil spirit which cleaves onto your soul. At the hospital, Jessup is knocked unconscious by a little girl in an elevator. Sean, sensing Drill is there, demands Thomas be moved to an isolated wing and the power shut off but a child, under the influence of Drill, has menacing plans.

8. "A Hollow Man"

Claire and Sean escape the aftermath of the destruction of the mysterious rock and are now on the run. They meet up with Jessup and Henry who tells them that their attempt to destroy Drill didn’t work. When Jessup discovers a case of an 8-year-old-boy who had an imaginary friend named Drill in 1978, Claire and Sean set out to find this man to help answer more questions. Drill gives Lena a task which will has dangerous repercussions for her daughter Minx if she doesn’t obey him.

7. "Whatever It Takes"

Now that Sean Bennigan remembers everything, he knows he must destroy the rock. However, Wes disagrees and this puts Claire in the middle of the two men once again. Lena continues to talk with Drill and makes a dangerous deal that she will help him with whatever he wants as long as he leaves her daughter Minx alone. Drill befriends the President’s daughter and she inadvertently leads him to the rock. Sean, Claire and Wes decide that destroying the rock is the only way to destroy Drill, but will it work?

6. "The Archer"

Wes transfers the rock to a top-secret government site and hopes that by studying it they will be able to learn more about Drill but Claire disagrees and thinks they are playing right into his dangerous game. When Claire learns from Henry that Drill is connected to lots of children, Claire and Wes gather all of the kids together. Strangely after Sean touches the mysterious rock, he regains his memory.

5. "What Lies Beneath"

Shaken by the nuclear plant disaster, Claire can no longer ignore her growing belief that whoever is influencing them must be otherworldly. When Wes analyzes Sean’s polygraph results, he realizes they are in the shape of the mysterious rock found in the desert. While Wes travels to Mali to excavate the crash site, Claire discovers that Sean’s tattoos may hold the secret to future terrorist acts. She then realizes that Wes is playing directly into Drill’s hands and is in great danger.

4. "Meltdown"

As the pieces to the mystery of John Doe/Sean Bennigan start to come together, Wes and Claire think that Sean might be involved in planning a nuclear plant meltdown. But is there something more important that Sean is after? Meanwhile, Minx visits Henry and gives him scavenger hunt directions from “Drill” which puts Henry and others in peril. Could Sean be “Drill” and is the attack on the nuclear power plant planned by a terrorist organization or something even bigger and more mysterious?

3. "Collision"

Even though Claire and her husband Capt. Sean Bennigan had their share of struggles, she doesn’t believe that he’s responsible for all that the military is accusing him of doing and is set on finding out what actually happened. As Wes and the U.S. Department of Defense look deeper into the strange events surrounding the children who were coerced by “Drill” to do some unimaginable things, they start to see there might be a connection to Sean. Meanwhile, Sean continues to stay on the run, taking a hostage along the way.

Children continue to make friends with “Drill,” the mysterious entity that only kids can see and hear. Their imaginary friend convinces children to do unexplainable things and Claire and Jessup try to get more info from Minx about “Drill” but she’s reluctant to talk. Meanwhile, when Wes returns home, Claire confronts him to find out if her supposed dead husband Sean might still be alive and her hopes escalate when she learns that the man in the sketch was a patient who escaped from the local hospital.
