For the officers that handle the inmates on a daily basis at Last Vegas's Clark County Detention Center it can be hard to tell who is lying and who is telling the truth. Rosemary Vandecar has been accused of first-degree murder but claims she is innocent. Dubbed "Jail Mom", she extends her legal advice to other female inmates, making her influential in her unit. But when officers find something suspicious in her cell, she is stripped of her transportation job within the jail.

Well go inside the high-traffic, high-action facility with repeat offenders, hardened criminals and often, unlucky transplants pushing the legal limits of a good time.
