He soon makes himself unpopular with his demands for luxury, but his arrival coincides with the escape of an outspoken dissident, who manages to find sanctuary in the embassy. The Tazbeks are furious, and with hopes of securing oil deals slipping away, the embassy must rely on the man least likely to improve relations: Prince Mark.
