2017 - Season 3
Lily and Zack are racing around and playing on a hot day. They try to come up with ways to continue racing in the hot sun without getting overheated. - Lily's garage is on a main road in Zerby Town. What's worse, she doesn't really have a driveway. She and Zack set out to find something nice to create lines so every Zerby knows where her driveway is. - Mika asks Lily to try out a winch – a cable that should be able to pull her out of the mud. Zack and Lily find the muddiest spot they can to test it out.
12. Scree\'s Company
2017 - Season 3
Zack and Lily want to climb a hill of scree – loose rocks and dirt. But every time they do, the rocks fall and block Axle's garage door. Time to try, try again and find a solution that rocks but not rolls. - Dotty the Drone wants to help Fill and Sandy clean up hazards at Zerby Town Airport. But a drone doesn't make for a great construction vehicle. Lifting things just isn't Dotty's strength. But she learns she has a knack for moving leaves. - Jake the Truck is having a hard time going around a banked turn without falling over. Zack comes to the rescue by teaching him the value of try, trying again.
11. Leaf it to Dotty
2017 - Season 3
Zack finds Lily and Axle covered in mud and each missing a tire. There's definitely a story behind what happened, if only Lily and Axle can get it in the right order… - Flynn is a float plane. He has floats. But the new Zerby Town Airport has a runway for him to land on, and there are wheels he can use. But how does he land and put on wheels if he can only land on water with his floats? Zack and Rex help Flynn figure it out. - Strut has constructed a tower out of sticks. Zack and Lily agree to help him move it, but if they make a mistake it will fall and break. Usually Zerbies try the first idea and just try, try again if it doesn't work. But this time they have to get it right on the first try.
10. Jake\'s Stakes
2017 - Season 3
Axle's going full speed and he can't stop. Zack and Mika chase him around Zerby Town trying to come up with ways to slow him down long enough so Mika can see what's wrong with him and fix him. - Mika has created a new fountain in the middle of Zerby Town. She wants it to be for quiet time, so Zerbies can watch the water and relax. But Zerbies would rather play in the water. Mika and Rex try to keep the Zerbies out of the water. - Lily and Zack are eager to help Strut and Mika finish a bridge made out of long sticks. But it turns out getting sticks that are just the right length takes more planning than they expected.
9. Zerby Fountain
2017 - Season 3
Zack needs to find Rex and tell him something. But he keeps getting distracted along the way. Zack learns the value of focusing and not getting dis- hey, a bird! - Lily, Rose and Goldie discover a treasure map. They dress up as pirates and follow the clues on the map, hoping to find the buried treasure. - Zack agrees to put up signs to mark the detour around a construction site. But communicating with signs proves to be a little harder than Zack thought.
8. Getting Nowhere Fast!
2017 - Season 3
Axle gets stuck in a gully. Zack and Rex know they can figure out a way to get him out. But they'll have to try, try again a few times to get it right. - Zerby Town Airport has a new windsock. Strut, Dotty and Zack try to find the best place at the airport to put it so it blows in the wind and doesn't fall over. - Lily and Zack find a path that has many natural obstacles. They decide to race the whole thing backwards. But they need to come up with a trick to remember all the obstacles in reverse order.
7. Sticking To It
2017 - Season 3
Axle's new racecourse has Zack stumped. It's just a bunch of turns, but no matter what he does he can't do it without flying off the course. Lily and Axle help him figure out what's going wrong. - Lily and Zack try to bring a big bundle of sticks back to the Construction Zerbies. But carrying that many sticks all at once turns out to be harder than expected. - It takes ten scoops of dirt to fill Rex's bucket. That takes a long time. Fill decides having a scoop big enough to hold ten scoops of dirt will get it done in one go. But a scoop that big is a bit heavy.
6. Turn! Turn! Turn!
2017 - Season 3
Chase is getting a new decal. But Mika tells him he can't fly for a full hour while the glue dries. Chase realized NOT flying is harder than he thought it would be. - Strut has created a new, long bridge. But it sags quite a bit in the middle. Zack and Strut know they can solve this problem. But with what? - Zack wants to build an obstacle course. He can see it perfectly in his head. Unfortunately, he isn't doing a great job explaining what he wants to Rex and Strut.
5. Fill's Big Scoop
2017 - Season 3
Walter's wash station is on top of a hill. Which means all the water from the Zerby Wash runs down the hill and causes a lot of erosion. Walter, Fill and Zack try to figure out how to get the water to flow without washing the hill away. - Zack needs to get himself and his broken tire back to Zerby Town. But the only one around to help him is Flynn the Plane. - Rex has created a hole right in the middle of the trail. Zack thinks they should fill it before Zerbies fall in. They set off to find something that has enough volume to fill the hole.
4. A Bundle of Trouble
2017 - Season 3
Srut and Rex have a new construction project – Zerbapartments! They're made by stacking four Zerby garages on top of each other. The Zerbies think it's great, until they realize there isn't a way to get down. - Dotty the Drone has never played Hide and Seek. Zack is happy to teach her. But it turns out playing with a flying Zerby means you have to have special rules. - The Zerby trucks, racers and construction vehicles are all parading through Zerby Town. But each kind of vehicle wants to do their own thing. It's up to Zack and is friends to make sure everyone in the parade sticks together.
3. Follow the Dotty Line
2017 - Season 3
Zack, Lily and Rex are putting on a play in costumes for the rest of Zerby Town. But during the show, Zack's costume doesn't work like they rehearsed. They'll need to keep the show going by learning to improvise. - Rex's collection of pinecones is big enough to climb. If only Zack and Rex can figure out a way to get the pinecones to stay in a pile and not come apart when they try to climb up. - Dotty, Zack and Sandy attempt to fill a mysterious hole in the middle of the runway at Zerby Town Airport before Flynn the Plane falls into it when he lands.
2. Once Upon a Zerby
2017 - Season 3
The road to Zerby Town Airport goes the long way around the forest. Zack, Rex and Sandy decide to build a new road that goes straight there. But a fallen tree blocks the way. - It's busy at Zerby Town Airport, with Dotty the Drone, Flynn the Plane and Chase the Helicopter all flying around at the same time. After a few near-crashes they call Zack to help them figure out how to keep the airport traffic organized. - Zack and Axle design a race course that goes right through the middle of Zerby Town. They plan an oval-shaped course, then a circle course and finally combine them into a 'figure 8' course.
1. Wheely, Wheely Big

A rainy day in Zerby Town has Zack, Lily and Axle telling a story about dragons and knights. But when Rex joins, it takes him a while to learn that making up a story with others also means listening. - Zack and Rex are taking some fresh batteries out to some Zerbies who ran out of power. Dotty the Drone knows the way. But following a flying Zerby isn't easy. - Axle can't go off road as easily as Zack because his wheels are so small, so he gets bigger wheels – even bigger than Zack's. Then Zack gets bigger wheels. Then Axle gets even bigger wheels…
