A man from Dean Munsch’s past checks in to the C.U.R.E. institute with what seems to be an abdominal tumor – and he plans to win her back, as the pain began when she broke up with him. The source of the physical pain is soon dealt with, and sparks start to fly between him and Munsch... causing a jealous Brock to further question his relationship with Chanel, especially as he realizes how little they have in common. As Chanel worries she's going to lose Brock over the generation gap, she turns to Hester for help, and the Chanels plan a themed dinner party to help Chanel hold on to her man. Soon, Dean Munsch and her new-old lover are attacked – and she immediately has a suspect. And Brock makes Munsch a tempting offer. Meanwhile, Zayday and Chamberlain devise a plan to discover the origins of the Green Meanie killer by luring the killer in for an attack and getting a sample of the costume to find out where it came from. The plan succeeds, and the trail leads to a fabric and costume warehouse full of creepy costumes... and an equally creepy person working there who gives her information hinting as to who ordered some of the multiple costumes. Chamberlain is attempting to woo Zayday, and seeks help from the Chanels; their help inadvertently puts Zayday in danger... but also puts Chamberlain in a position to accidentally make a shocking discovery.

7. The Hand

In an effort to secure positive press for the hospital, Dean Munsch pitches a risky surgery to Dr. Holt, whose hand begins expressing more of a wild and dangerous personality than ever before. Meanwhile, Chanel #3 forces Cassidy to undergo a psych test to find the root of his condition with surprising results, and Nurse Hoffel sets a devious plan in motion.

Fed up with doing dirty work, Chanel concocts a plan to put the new patients to use by recruiting them to join the Chanels. Meanwhile, Zayday and Chanel #5 pay a visit to someone with ties to the hospital’s past, and a new patient’s ailment causes the hospital staff to go a little mad.

Meanwhile, Chanel celebrates a different kind of Chanel-O-Ween and attempts to make contact with the killer’s latest victim from beyond the grave.

Chad accuses Brock of being the killer and makes a shocking proposal to Chanel. Chanel #5 is a suspect in the murder of the werewolf girl; nobody saw the green "plant" she says committed the murder. In the wake of the murder, Zayday suspects that Munsch is framing the Chanels and enlists a reluctant Chamberlain to help her investigate – though he's more interested in dating Zayday. Still, they uncover a massacre Munsch has covered up that was committed by the Green Meanie at a Halloween party in 1986... and Munsch, faced with their accusations, makes a confession about her motivations. Meanwhile, Nurse Hoffel unsuccessfully attempts to recruit Zayday and Chamberlain to spy on the Chanels. A new patient with a hideous ailment visits the hospital in hope of a cure, but finds love instead... with the lovelorn Chanel #5, who vows to help him get the money he needs for his laser surgery, while he vows to clear her name. Chanel begins dating Brock – but Chad returns to win Chanel back, as well as to find a cure for an illness plaguing Randal that makes him scream constantly at the slightest provocation. And in the process, Chad discovers a dark secret of Brock's, thanks to Brock's wayward hand. Then, after another run-in with the killer, Munsch enlists the help of new Quantico special agent Denise Hemphill... who starts by accusing Zayday, just like old times. And her first move is to question another familiar face, who has some demands before she'll help.
