George's mom is coming to town for a visit and he is nervous about her meeting Lina, who infuriates George by not showing up for dinner with his mother and friends. Is this the last straw for them... again? Maria jumps back into the dating game and heads out on a first date. Hardy and Trixia throw a party on a yacht and tells her he thinks they should get married, but then has doubts. Sorah finally tells George that she is cutting all ties with him, and that she cant wait until they have nothing to do with one another. Meanwhile, Katrina has second thoughts about her impending divorce, and when the divorce papers arrive she must finally decide what to do.

Michael and Maria force Katrina to go out with them in hopes she may loosen up a bit. Katrina isn't interested in the guy Michael tries to hook her up with, and her friends start to wonder if she's really over Ben. Sorah talks to her boyfriend, Gonzalo, about her frustration with George and his lack of responsibility, eventually confronting George in front of their friends, a situation that is uncomfortable for everyone. Michael goes out on a much anticipated date with super sexy Diego and seems to hit it off until he later sees some worrisome pictures of him on Facebook. Meanwhile, Hardy and Trixia team up for a charity event and discuss George and Lina's problems. Ariel hosts a fashion show to launch his new clothing line, but is disappointed when his friends don't show.

After several break-ups and make-ups, Lina has some exciting news to tell George, but his excitement is short lived when he becomes suspicious of her after receiving a text from a friend Ariel and Marias friendship is tested when a project they are working on together goes awry. Michael and Maria decide to have Lasik eye surgery. Katrina tells Ben she's moving to the beach to get a fresh start, but his unexpected reaction has her flustered.

George and Sorah have dinner together and share some intimate details about their current relationships. Katrina receives a cash offer on her clients multi-million dollar home. Ariel has a typical all about me moment when he goes to check out a custom-made desk he is having built, and Hardy and Katrina confront him on his arrogance. A fight breaks out between Michael and Lina when he teases her about the girl George brought to his party in place of her. Meanwhile, George gets drunk at an open house for one of Katrina's clients, and Lina stays home awaiting the results of a pregnancy test.

Michael is busy planning his blowout birthday party and trying to decide if he wants to invite Ariel. The tumultuous relationship continues between George and Lina, especially when he shows up to Michaels birthday party with another girl.

In the series premiere of "Miami Social," Georges new girlfriend Lina gets caught lying when she sneaks away on a trip to St. Barths, but tells George she's is going to New York for work. George is furious that Lina has lied to him and he turns to his ex-wife Sorah for comfort and advice. Ariel delivers on a high profile fashion event at the Gansevoort (that Hardy is promoting) after coming on board at the last minute. Michael and Maria talk about how they cant live without Botox, and he confesses to Katrina that he has a crush on his trainer. The group is shocked when they discover some heartbreaking news about Katrina's marriage to Ben.
