Detective Andrea Penoyer proves to a suspected drug dealer that there's no place she won't look for hidden drugs, even in his girlfriend's bra. Then, when an out-of-state vehicle refuses to stop in a high crime area, Andrea's suspicians are confirmed after she discovers pills and a needle inside the car. And later, things get hairy when a college student tries to sell marijuana on Andrea's watch. Deputy Shelunda Cooper pays an unexpected visit to a 16-year-old girl who is wanted for skipping out on a court appearance. It's a sad arrest for Shelunda when she learns that the girl is also a habitual runaway, truant - and pregnant. Deputy Erika Huerta provides back-up when a stolen car and its suspected thief are spotted outside a local business. When questioned, the man insists that he was only borrowing the vehicle from his local pastor - for about 3 months. Detective Julie Bower is on the case when a hotel maintenance man is spit in the face and stabbed in the back. But the story takes a twist when the alleged assailants turn out to be a young man and his girlfriend.

And later, after Andrea nabs a alleged crack dealer during a buy-bust operation, she is shocked to learn that culprit brought his toddler son to the drug deal. Deputy Shelunda Cooper races lights and sirens to a report of a burglary-in-progress. When the suspect turns out to be a relative of the residents concerns are quelled - until deputies find he's carrying something he shouldn't be. Later, Shelunda goes on a scavenger hunt throughout an apartment complex when she responds to a report of a homeless man wandering the building. Deputy Erika Huerta joins a high-speed chase when a suspicious car refuses to stop. Later, when the car is discovered abandoned with crack inside, it's up to Erika and a team of deputies to track down the suspects and make the arrest. Detective Julie Bower pins up her hair and plays house with fellow detectives from the Economic Crimes Unit in order to capture a revolving door of unlicensed contractors intent on scamming unsuspecting homeowners.

Later, Andrea must pursue a car on foot after it strikes her parked police vehicle and tries to flee. Deputy Erika Huerta investigates what appears to be an abandoned bicycle on the sidewalk and ends up encountering one of Broward's more eccentric characters. Later, Erika serves a warrant on a man wanted for trafficking in oxycodone, but learns that the charge is the least of his problems. Deputy Shelunda Cooper changes into her tactical gear to help take down suspects soliciting sex during an undercover prostitution sting. Later, she races lights and sirens to a code-3 accident involving $55 dollars, a glass table, and a very bloody foot. Detective Julie Bower investigates the alleged abuse of a pregnant girl by her baby's father. When Julie learns of the suspect's alleged violent criminal history, she employs the help of Broward's Robbery detectives to help apprehend him.

Detective Andrea Penoyer joins forces with SWAT to stake-out, bust-in, and take-down a suspected cocaine dealer. Then, she outwits a suspect at his own game until he finally admits to possessing marijuana and crack. And later, Andrea convinces a suspect to give up the drugs he's hidden in his sister's home rather than subject her to a disruptive warrant search. Deputy Shelunda Cooper answers a complaint for a knife-wielding roommate and finds that he's also drunk and irate. Later, after breaking up an outdoor drinking party, Shelunda must deal with a belligerent foul-mouthed teenager who refuses to obey orders. Deputy Erika Huerta spots a man wanted on a felony warrant who proceeds to spin a web of false names and fabrications while his nervous sidekick pees himself. Later, when Erika stops a car for obscured license plate, she discovers two hidden bags of weed while the driver plays ignorant. Later, Shelunda comes to the aid of a woman who claims that her house has been invaded by a rogue squirrel.
