The race is on for the businesses to get their brick and mortar storefronts open on time. Anne, from Groundswell Yoga, takes Bonin's advice and completely reconfigures the renovation of her studio, while Geoff and Dan of Cleveland Bagel Co. take it upon themselves to handle the major demolition of their new location. Fount hires refugees to help increase production but struggles with defining its brand. Old City Soda faces the real possibility of not obtaining a liquor license which would put its retail shop in dire straits before it even gets up and running.

The businesses face difficulties with their locations and Bonin asks each of them to think about their big picture plans before committing to work on their brick and mortars. Sean from Old City Soda makes a bold move to secure a location, while investor Alan Glazen makes some feisty moves of his own negotiating the renovations of Cleveland Bagel Co.'s new spot. The team from Fount get the opportunity of a lifetime when a big-name celebrity shows interest in their bags, but then cause a rift with their investor Jonathan Sawyer, which could spell disaster.

A search for real estate begins as the four chosen businesses look for their ideal locations, but putting Groundswell Yoga in an old factory could be too expensive, and a deal for Old City Soda and Fount to share space hits a major roadblock.

After being hand-picked by LeBron James to help bring life back to Gordon Square, a struggling neighborhood in Cleveland, financial advisor Kathy Futey must choose a small business to invest in. She's narrowed her options to Groundswell Yoga, an urban wellness studio, and The Proper Pig, a BBQ food truck with dreams of expanding into a full service restaurant. Kathy gives both enterprises just 48 hours to build pop-up stores from the ground up. The most successful challenger will win her financial support and get to open a store in Gordon Square, hopefully becoming a part of Cleveland's bright business future.

Successful Cleveland restaurateur Jonathan Sawyer must choose between two small businesses competing for his investment. The candidates are Akron Honey, an urban honey-making company that turns blighted city lots into thriving bee farms, and Fount, a high-end leather goods operation looking to bring manufacturing jobs back to Cleveland. Each business gets only 72 hours to conceive and open a pop-up store from the ground up. The top performer will earn Jonathan's investment and get to open a permanent storefront in Gordon Square, a Cleveland neighborhood that needs revitalization.
